I'm Hannah and offer a bespoke 1-2-1 house call dog grooming service. I groom small to Med breeds (upto springer spaniel size) within your own home. This keeps stress to a minimum and provides a calm, familiar surrounding to groom your dog.
There are many benefits to a house call service such as:
no interactions with other dogs
No Traveling in the car to the salon
No crates/kennels and waiting around to be collected by owner once the groom has been completed

I only use the finest quality professional products and my service is bespoke 1-2-1. My prices are listed below as a rough guide but please message with a picture and what services you require for a more accurate quote.

Full groom (includes Bath with luxury shampoo suited to skin and coat, conditioning treatment, nails clipped and filed, ears cleaned, blow dry, coat clipped and scissored to clients preference or breed standard, and a Spitz of doggy cologne and a bow....these are optional!)
Small breeds from £40 (chihuahua,Yorkie etc)
Med breeds from £45 (spaniels,westies etc)
Bath and blow dry:
Small breeds from £20
Med breeds from £30
My prices for Poodle cross breeds sometimes are set slightly higher then other breeds purely due to their high maintenance coats and depends on size, coat type etc. Please message to find out if this would apply for your dog
About Me
Since I was young I was surrounded by animals. My love for them sparked my interest in pursuing a career working with dogs. My grooming journey began when I was accepted to train with an award winning groomer who holds the titles of ICMG and BDGA, as well as a member of the prestigious Guild of Master Groomers. I passed my exams and went on to establish and manage a very successful salon in Devon within a busy veterinary hospital. I had a loyal returning customer base and many clients became close friends over the years. I pride myself on the high-standard of care and services that I offer and strive to stay upto date with further education and knowledge within the grooming sector and continually broaden my understanding on dog behaviour. I look forward to meeting some of you and your lovely dogs.

Common Inquiries
Do you groom within a van?
I do not groom within a mobile van. I come to your home, and bring all my tools and equipment with me
Can you groom difficult or temperamental dogs?
Dogs who have shown any major behaviour issues such reactive anxiety (biting) and aggression whilst being groomed unfortunately I am not accepting on my books at present. Please be as honest as possible about your dogs prior behaviour at the groomers, if a groom can not be completed I have to charge for what has been done.
HOWEVER many dogs exhibit anxiety or nervousness whilst being groomed.These dogs I am more then happy to help work through their issues and gain trust with over time, keeping stress to a minimum for them
My old groomer was cheaper, are your prices negotiable?
House call grooming is a luxury service and prices are set higher then your usual salon due to the convenience that this service provides for the customer. I offer bespoke 1-2-1 care. All my products and equipment are from high end luxury brands. I do not buy cheap stock. My insurance, fuel and time to travel to you, transport all my equipment and work within an environment that isn't a professional salon also plays a part in the price.
I do however offer discounts on multiple dog families
Terms:
Matting
In order to abide by the animal welfare act 06 all dogs with badly matted coats that can not be brushed out will be clipped short to prevent unnecessary pain and discomfort. A charge of £10.00 will be added to groom to cover wear and tear on blades etc.
Fleas
An insecticidal treatment will be used on dogs with fleas whilst in bath. This service will be an added £10.00
Payment
Cash or bank transfer accepted
Parking
All clients houses I visit must have adequate parking close by, this is due to having to carry my equipment
Bathing
I will need somewhere to bath your dog so a bath tub with a shower hose that detaches over head is ideal. If you only have a bath tub but no shower please let me know in advance so I can come prepared with a hose attachment for taps etc. And if you have a wet room or shower I would also be grateful of the advance notice.
Grooming area
I will bring a med size grooming table with me. An area with an easily swept floor is best (although I will throughly clean up before leaving) near an electrical plug socket for my dryer and preferably in a quieter part of the house to minimize major distractions for the dog whilst being groomed
Illness
If you or anyone in your household is feeling unwell I do ask that you kindly let me know asap( before arrival!) so we can reschedule another day
